Tuesday Tips: How Do I Redeem My Points?

Once you have at least 480 available Points, you can redeem them for a variety of rewards!

Just click on the the orange box in the upper right (next to your name and Point total) that says “Redeem Points.”

In the upper left on the Rewards page, you can see how many redeemable Points you have:

Redeemable Points are Points which have completed pending (if applicable) and are available to be redeemed. Your available Points and total Points may differ based on how many Points you have that are still pending.

You can check the “Show cards I can afford” box to filter out rewards not available to you due to your current available Point balance. You can also filter by Reward Type (eGift, Physical or Other), reward value or Point cost.

Some rewards have both eGift and Physical as options:

The default is eGift, so make sure to click on Physical if you want a physical card sent to your account profile address. Once you click on the gift card type you want, it will turn orange. Please note, not all members have access to the physical gift card option. If selecting a physical card, please make sure the address information on your account profile is correct.

After you select the gift card type (if applicable), select the gift card value you want:

The amount will default to the lowest available denomination provided your available Points are sufficient. Click on the denomination you wish to redeem for. If your available Point balance is too low, higher denominations will appear under the heading “Not Enough Points” which will not be clickable/selectable.

You will be required to enter your password correctly to complete your redemption. Please make sure you’ve selected the correct gift card, type and amount before completing your redemption as all redemptions are FINAL.

Some rewards are delivered immediately while others may take a few days to process. In some cases, rewards make take up to 10 business days to process, but most redemptions are processed as quickly as possible.
