This week’s Rewarding Moment comes from Tia Ward, member since August 2007, who used MyPoints to earn Points for a charitable mission and then used the Points she earned from that for a dream vacation.
Here is her story:
“I first came to MyPoints through a referral from a high school friend then living in another state.
My family of 4 took a missions trip to the Philippines with a group from our church. I was able to use the search engine and partner sites to book my airline tickets for 4 to and from the Philippines. I felt confident that I had received a fair price and new that I had also earned MyPoints which I could later use towards future trip.
Later that year, I again booked a trip. This time a 25th wedding anniversary trip to Iceland. Knowing I was getting a little something in return made the huge expenditure for the airline tickets and hotels more palatable. Thanks MyPoints.”
