This week’s Rewarding Moment comes from Nadia Quainoo who joined in September 2017 after looking for ways to make money and finding out about MyPoints on a financial blog.
Her favorite ways to earn are qualifying for focus groups and completing the Daily Goal.
This is her story:
“MyPoints has been a huge part of my household for a few years.
In late 2021, I found out I was pregnant with my first child and it was one of those exciting moments but also nervous moments due to worry about finances.
I set up a baby registry and because I didn’t have a lot of friends, everything on my registry was not bought. I was however grateful for the love shown to my baby from family and close friends.
During that season, my husband went back to school, so finances were tight. We had to move from a one bedroom apartment to a house to give us room for our parents to come over to help out as needed and to be able to have a room for our child to transition into.
Over the past 9 months anytime my child needs anything such as clothes especially for the cold weather, toys, bottles, sippy cup, food maker etc., I’ve redeemed from various retailers such as target, Walmart, Amazon to get the items my child needs.
Such a HUGE blessing.
My most rewarding moment however was purchasing a jumperoo. I didn’t realize how much my child would love her jumperoo and all the activities she can play with while jumping.
Thank you for the joy on my child’s face anytime she gets into her jumperoo. It makes a mum’s heart glad.”
