“In 2021, my much loved husband died on Thanksgiving night.
Needless to say, I wasn’t in the holiday spirit after that.
With Christmas less than one month away, my heart just wasn’t into doing much shopping for my children (three grown and two still at home) and my grandson.
Thankfully, I had saved several of my gift cards that I had earned from MyPoints (mainly Walmart and Amazon). These gift cards helped so much during this difficult time. “
“As a matter of fact, I have started saving them again (this time for a new bike).”
