Recipe of the Week: Chocolate Coconut Almond Smoothie

This morning pick-me-up is loaded with nutritious ingredients that will help fuel your day. Plus you can earn up to 1,369 Points!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup  HERSHEY’S a2 Milk® (earn up to 1,190 Points)
  • 1/2 Cup  Spinach leaves
  • Banana, frozen
  • 1 Tbsp.  Raw almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp.  Shaved coconut
  • 1 Tbsp.  Flax or chia seeds
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon (earn 9 Points)
  • 2 tsp.  Honey
  • Pinch of sea salt
Optional Toppings
  • Shaved Coconut
  • Raw almonds, chopped (earn 170 Points)

Directions

  1. Beginning with the milk, add the ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve in a chilled pint glass.
  3. Top with almonds and cocoa nibs, if desired.
