This week’s Rewarding Moment is from Emma Sitosky who joined MyPoints in November 2001. Here is her story:
“My rewarding moment came when I purchased a $50 Cracker Barrel gift card and as usual that year went with my sister and sister-in-law Black Friday shopping.
In the past, I had always saved…all year and buy my Christmas gifts and [usually] when we stopped for breakfast I was unable to pay as all my funds were earmarked for presents. My sister and sister-in-law always graciously treated me.
This year was different. I had not said anything to them but when the bill came I smiled and said “I’ve got this.” Reaching into my wallet pulling out my gift card was such a wonderful moment for once I was able to treat them.
I even had a bit left over and was able to shop in the gift shop and got some wonderful gifts for Christmas.”
