Nordstrom is famous for its customer service, especially when it comes to returns, but they are upping the ante according to Bloomberg.com by accepting returns for Macy’s online orders in their stores. Two Manhattan locations will accept merchandise returns from both Kohl’s or Macy’s online order–whether or not Nordstrom carries the same item.
