Tuesday Tips: Why aren’t my coupon prints crediting?

Some members have experienced issues with receiving Points for printing coupons. We have reached out to Coupons.com about this issue and after researching the problem, they were able to trace it back to a database update that occurred on May 1st.

They have fixed the issue and are working to re-process the data from when the error originated.

We hope to have this rectified in affected member accounts in the next few days and certainly before the month ends so it does not affect your May Monthly Goals.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

UPDATE: We will receive the reprocessed file from Coupons.com on Monday, June 1st. The missing prints will be dated for May. Although this is after the end of May, your Progress Tracker will update and you will still be able to claim your May Monthly Goals Bonus prior to 11:59 pm PT on 6/5.
