As with anything there are tons of misinformation and conspiracy theories on social media with regards to the Coronavirus. Here are some more trustworthy sources for information than that so-called doctor dude you follow on Twitter:

The CDC has a dedicated site for COVID-19 which covers symptoms, guidance and frequently asked questions in English, Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean. They also have a Spanish version of this site as well.
