Recipe of the Week: Popcorn Chick’n Ramen

Indulge in a comforting bowl of plant-based popcorn chicken ramen that’s both delicious and cruelty-free. This recipe combines crispy, protein-packed popcorn chicken with savory ramen noodles for a satisfying and wholesome meal that will leave you craving more.

  • 40 Tyson Plant-Based Nuggets (earn up to 850 Points)
  • eggs, hard boiled, sliced (earn 3 Points)
  • 1 cup carrot, sliced into small matchsticks (earn 3 Points)
  • 1 cup snow peas, de-stemmed, sliced into thin ribbons
  • 4 package Ramen noodles
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil


  1. Prepare Tyson Plant-based nuggets according to package directions.
  2. Boil eggs and slice when cool enough to handle.
  3. Slice vegetables and prepare Ramen according to package directions.
  4. To assemble divide Ramen into 4 bowls, add 10 Popcorn Chicken bites and gently mix with noodles. Top with snow peas, carrots and egg slices. Drizzle sesame oil over each bowl.
