We posted previously with tips to help if you’re not receiving MyPoints emails, but there’s another issue that could be affecting your ability to be notified about upcoming Bingo promotions or get your To-Do List reminders or receive BonusMail.
If you use MSN as your email provider (this includes Hotmail, msn.com and Outlook email addresses), they could be blocking emails from MyPoints.
Although we work quickly to get “unblocked” by email providers, this has been happening. with increasing frequency with MSN which means members are missing out on offers, promotions and news from MyPoints.
If your MyPoints account is linked to a @hotmail.com, @live.com, @msn.com or @outlook.com email address, we recommend updating your MyPoints email to alternate email provider to ensure email offers and updates from MyPoints end up in your in-box.
To a lesser extent, yahoo.com addresses have sometimes been affected as well.
