  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (earn up to 850 Points)
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced (earn 3 Points)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups queso sauce (earn up to 425 Points)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes (earn 3 Points)
  • ½ cup diced jalapenos
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
