A recent article exposed the fact that while women make 80% of all fashion-related purchasing decisions, they only account for 12.5% of fashion company CEOs. Here are some of the female-led fashion companies that are also MyPoints shopping partners:

JCPenney: The appointment of former Joann Stores chief Jill Soltau as CEO gave JCP shares more than a 10% boost. JCP purchases currently earn 8 Points per dollar via MyPoints

Kohl’s: Featuring collections by Lauren Conrad, Vera Wang and Jennifer Lopez and earning 2 Points per dollar, Kohl’s also has a woman at the helm. CEO Michelle Glass is also one of the 25 highest paid executives in fashion according to Women’s Wear Daily.
