Tuesday Tips: How Do I Submit a Customer Service Ticket When Activity is Missing from My Ledger?

We’ve expanded your account statement into an activity ledger which displays all your visits and Point-earning transactions. Details on how to navigate the new activity ledger can be found in this blog post.

If you’re missing credit for a survey or purchase, you can submit your Customer Service request via the corresponding transaction in your ledger. This ensures your ticket gets routed to the correct team member and will help you get a resolution quickly.

But what if the missing activity isn’t showing up in your ledger?

First, make sure you toggle from Posted to Visited to see if you can locate the transaction for which you are missing Points. If you made a purchase through a BonusMail without click Points or attempted a survey and did not receive disqualification Points, the transactions will still show up under your visited activity.

“Visited” displays all clicks you made on the MyPoints website and it’s possible your transaction is listed there if you earned no Points. Just click on the envelope icon to the right of the activity and submit your Customer Service request from there.

If your issue is not related to missing activity or the activity is not listed under Visited or Posted, then you can still submit your request to Customer Service via this form.
