This week’s Rewarding Moment comes from member Helen Gibbs, who has been with MyPoints almost since the beginning!
Here is her story:
“A friend at work introduced me to MyPoints. She knew I like to save money and told me about this great site. Have been a MyPoints member since February 19, 2002. Hard to believe over eighteen years.
I have installed the extension and it lets me know when there are Points available if I complete a purchase. Does not matter if it is a small purchase or large purchase, the Points add up.
When I first joined, my children were still in school. Now that all this time has passed, I have grandchildren. It is nice to shop for them and earn Points. But it’s amazing to cash the points in and take my grandchildren on mini shopping sprees. With three of them, it helps to be able to spend a little extra on them.
Most memorable was going on a road trip and having a gift card that allowed them to purchase a souvenir of our trip. When they look at them it brings back the memories of our trip and they can tell a little story about it.”
